From the Flickr Pool - Pillow and Bib

We LOVE it when you guys post to the Flickr Pool! It's so fun to see the creative things you guys come up with!

Today we're featuring two really fun projects you can use Pimp Stitch Patterns to make!

First is a two-sided pillow made by flickr user sockmonkeysunite. One side has Missy's "Let's Get this Party Started" patterns and on the flip side is Tamie's "The Party's Over" Pattern. So cute and very clever!

Next is a cute little baby bib made by Flickr user sewitsforyou. She use Amy's "Get Your Party On!" pattern and added the name of the babe below...adorable! What kid wouldn't like a cupcake at such close proximity?  

*Note - these free patterns are expiring on July 29th, so snatch them up while you can. But fret not, we'll be releasing our first free pattern from a guest artist in August! We promise one free pattern every month! Awesome...

Giveaway - Pimp Stitch Kit

4 More New Patterns Have Been Released!

Due to the 4th of July holiday, we have both Missy and Tamie releasing today! And they are both releasing two patterns each so it's a quadrupedal release - Woot!

First up, we have Missy with her Love and Happiness Collection - talk about cuteness overload! A little birdie told me that this pattern would look absolutely adorable on a little girl's tote or throw pillow. And we're all little girls at heart, anyway, aren't we?!

Missy's next pattern is the Space Rocks Collection. This out of this world collection has a good night moon and adorable astronaut and the cutest little alien this side of the milky way. And while some of our patterns may be a bit too feminine for a little boy, this one will do nicely!

Check out Tamie's page for Bananas in Pajamas, the first in a series of children wearing costumes. This first set includes a boy in a rabbit outfit with a heart on his chest and carrot in hand. The Second is a lovable little monkey.

Tamie's next pattern set is a Roxycraft favorite, featuring Poke the turtle. This sweet turtle with 4 shell adornment options straight from the Roxycraft dolls will leave your stitching possibilities wide open.

New Pattern Release Today!

We have a brand new pattern release today, this time by the lovely Lauren!

Lauren's brand new patterns include the Our Town Collection, complete with an adorable little clothes-line and smoke pipin' out of the chimney. This pattern collection would make a super-cute embellishment for a throw pillow — or a wall hanging, perhaps?

Lauren's Three Friends Pattern Collection is also debuting today! Who can resist a doggie that speaks French (Oui! Oui!) or a monkey in a backwards baseball cap? These adorable little friends come with accessories to boot so you can mix and match.

Don't forget to keep an eye out for more pattern releases this week. And keep adding your completed projects to the Pimp Stitch Flickr Group. We want to see what sort of awesomeness you're making!

New Pattern Releases this Week!

We've got some new pattern releases on the agenda for this week, and first up is a double release by Amy.

First, there's the Kitchy Lawn Ornament Collection, featuring a garden gnome, mushrooms, a pink flamingo and an adorable little fawn. These would be perfect for embellishing a gardening apron - or anything else for that matter!

Next, we have Amy's Made in the 80s Collection, featuring a mix tape, boom box, heart-shaped sunglasses, and a lightening bolt. Radical!

We've got more patterns coming this week so check back soon to see what else we've got to offer. Whatever it is, be sure that it will be cute!

From the Flickr Pool - Pajama Bag

Flickr Group Member Make it Snappy used Tamie Snow's "The Party's Over" pattern to make this incredibly adorable pajama bag for her 3 year old niece's birthday. What an inspired idea and perfect use for this sleeping child pattern!
